How do i know if there is enough yeast left in my brew for carbonation befor i bottle it?

I don't think you can tell, but unless you've filtered the beer or crash-cooled it there will probably be enough, if you're worried add a sachet of yeast (something that flocculates well) to your bottling bucket/keg along with the priming sugar. I've had some bottles take awhile to carbonate but never had any fail to do so eventually, I like to fill one pet bottle so I can feel the carbonation and see the beer clearing.
