Does anybody make large quantity batches with H&G Brewery?

I have made a couple of batches with my new Hop & Grape 10 gallon brewery. Considering the work involved in making a batch of beer I would like to make bigger batches than my usual 5 gallons. Does anyone make, say 35 or 40 litre brews with it? I don't want to push the mash tun to it's limits exactly. I just wonder how much I could get away with comfortably, eg how much grain and how much water will fit in the mash tun, if that makes sense. And I don't really want to have to sparge twice, but I will if I have to.

I've done two 46L batches in my H&G setup. The second one had a grain bill of about 8.5kg and that was just about as much as I'd like to mash. It took longer (but nowhere near twice as long) as I was batch sparging and needed a couple more sparges due to lack of space and extra water.

The boil is less vigerous but still does the job.

25L batches look so pathetic in the huge 10 gallon fermentor. So I need to start doing at least 30 or 35L batches I reckon.
I ordered plenty of grain etc in bulk so need to get brewing!! \:D/

I've recently switched from 5 gallon to 8 gallon batches using the H&G coolbox mash tun. There is no problem mashing but batch sparging is a pain. I've just made a sparge "manifold" and will try fly sparging with it next brew day. The other limiting factor is the size of my HLT so I am currently upgrading that to a larger capacity (based on a 60 litre mango chutney barrel).

Incidentally, the logic for 8 gallons is based on filling two cornies. Cornies ftw...
