Re-using yeast

Ok. So I transferred to the secondary yesterday, and I've got another batch in the mash tun now. I kept some of the yeast from yesterdays FV in a jar. What's the best way to get it into a re-pitching state?

Pour off any beer on top, let it come to room temperature and Bob's your uncle.
