Don't have the equipmento to lager correctly so will ferment and age like an ale but what do youu think of this recipe?
Fermentable Colour lb: oz Grams Ratio
Lager Malt 2.5 EBC 3 lbs. 14.6 oz 1780 grams 100%
Hop Variety Type Alpha Time lb: oz grams Ratio
Saaz Whole 3.3 % 90 mins 0 lbs. 1.1 oz 32 grams 80%
Saaz Whole 3.3 % 15 mins 0 lbs. 0.3 oz 8 grams 20%
Final Volume: 10 Litres
Original Gravity: 1.040
Final Gravity: 1.009
Alcohol Content: 4% ABV
Total Liquor: 15.8 Litres
Mash Liquor: 4.4 Litres
Mash Efficiency: 75 %
Bitterness: 32 EBU
Colour: 3 EBC
Only a 10 litre to try so hope it turns out ok.

It should be fine! Maybe add some aroma hops at the end though?
Also - what yeast will you use? US05 might be good for this if you are fermenting at ale temps as it will give a clean taste.

I have US05 so thats good. Forgot to make mention of yeast in my 1st post.

For me, the 15 the minute addition is mainly about the hop flavour and I throw in another bunch of hops for aroma either at flame out, or after letting the wort cool down a bit to 80C or thereabouts.
So maybe chuck in a handful more Saaz at 80C ? It'll give you much more lovely noble hop aroma.
