Hi,
I attempted 2 Brews yesterday (instead of finishing 1 Properly lol!)
Ok first a Mild looking good and ABV at first jumped out of the pot at 1.060 after boil and cool was a respectable 1.040 Phew!
Thanks for Grahams Engine for the calculations!
Ok, my problem is that the Moorousey Fooxy light ale style im doing I couldnt finish the Wort til 11.30 ish and Id had enough by then having finished the
first Mild.
So Ive left it in the pot (Boiled for 10 mins or so) late last night and Ive come back this morning to a lukewarm brew (minus hops of course!)
The wort has lots of bits (trub>?) so ive given it a good stir and put it back on the boil -hope fully all wil lbe ok and no nasties got in and if they did the boil should sort I think?
Any comments on the ok ness ish of this?
Safe to leave wort overnight?
