Is is possible to use the boiler as a fermentor - I know that would involve somehow removing the trub i.e hops, seeds, cold break etc - any ideas? and aerating obviously.
Reason I ask is that I can get a conical steel vessel similar to this ..
i.e. the Blichmann one
but bigger and cheaper
I was planning on using it as a boiler, but on reflection it would be an ideal fermentor. So I thought why not both.
