Somwhere between Full Mash and Extract!

Post by GeordieBrewer » Mon Oct 26, 2009 8:02 pm

So I've been brewing just over a year - took the plunge from kits straight into full mash and skipped the malt extract stage with so far, impressive results. However, I've got two 1.5kg tins of brupaks extract. Ones an amber malt, and the other a wheat malt.

Can anyone suggest any recipies where I can do a semi-full mash (with reduced quantities) and tip my tins of extract into the boiler? EBC of the amber is 12-16 and the wheat is 4-6

Thanks!

Martin

Any mash which you can do as extract will work.
