Specialty grain question.

Is it ok to steep carapils and crystal together in the same pot or do they need to be steeped seperatly?

Why are you steeping them? Just put them in the mash tun.

Think maybe he is doing a partial mash.
Steep them together, it all goes down the same hole :wink:
