Beer Engine v1.09

Dear All

Just downloaded the beer engine and started tinkering with it. It seems to have some example recipies pre-loaded into it and I was wondering if anyone had tried making them?
They look like genuine recipies rather than sample data although they look pretty lethal!
1920s Stock Ale with an alcohol content of 10% ABV!!!

Anyone tried these?

My stock mild is inspired by the Black Country Mild recipe but that has a sane ABV.
