I'm a refrigeration engineer by trade so i come by quite a bit of the equipment and some on ebay.If the fridges dont work i can soon sort them.
For the fermenter i am using a foster nhr220u its an ideal size for buckets with the airlock and the digital controller set at 19 with a 4 degree diff holds the temp in the bucket brilliantly.

Saw your post about ordering nordic-optic stockpots - didn't realise you'd also bought up a significant proportion of the stainless in the south-west!
