I,m going to be using a bag-in-box for christmas gifts with beer in of course, I,m going to be clearing the beer with aux then isinglass shall I fine the beer in the fermenter rack to bag when clear adding primming sugar ? Would there be enough yeast in there to carbonate or shall I just rack beer to bag and put finnings in there with primming sugars ?.
