Honey Malt?
Does anyone know anywhere to get this? I would like to brew this pale ale http://www.homebrewtalk.com/f66/bbd-bre ... pa-139831/ as it sounds amazingly good but I've had no joy sourcing the honey malt here in the UK..

It is a proprietary name for German 'Brumalt'. Melanoidin malt is Weyermann's version of the same thing and they can be used interchangeably.
