Bets way to Hop without a Hopback??

Post by WishboneBrewery » Sat Dec 19, 2009 9:26 am

Would I be best throwing the late hops in at Flame Out for a steep or better cooling to 80c first??
Or what would you think the best way of recreating a Hopback's Hopping without the Hopback??

Cheers :)

Try it both ways and see if you can taste any difference between the two.
Best wishes
