I made oneup for a brew then got sent offshore. I am just back and it looks like the starter has finished fermenting. Thre is a nice amount of yeast. I'll be ging offshore again monday for a week so it will be 10-14 days before i can brew. Can i save this yeast by putting it in the fridge and if so how long will it be viable.
