D-day tommorrow

Post by Spud395 » Fri Jul 09, 2010 9:55 pm

Going to take the plunge into the great unknown.
Planning on a reasonably early start, saturday is usually chill out /brew day anyway and if I get done sometime afternoon thats cool.
Just got to pick a beer style now.
I'm the fool going to brew without even knowing his water profile, just that its well water and hard.
Could try a Stout or a wheat beer.
It's more wheat drinking weather but with my extensive knowledge of water chemistry, stout may suit better.
It's all beer and I really like both styles.
Why is life so complicated
It'll prolly come to me in a dream [-o<

Wish me luck

Thanks pd, malts weighed :)
That looks like a nice stout, no choc malt though, have a secret recipe ;) for a nice simple stout.
I supposed to be very close to a favourite of mine (O'Hara's stout)
