Just wondering about people who are using FiveStart 5.2 Mash Stabiliser in their brew. Until now, I have been putting about 1 tbsp into my mash tun. However, I was thinking about this recently and wondering if I should use it in my sparge water too, which I haven't been doing until now.
So, how do you guys (that use this product) use it?

I just add mine with the grains to the mashing water. No need to bother adding any more to the sparge water.

Not necessary in your sparge water because conversion has already happened in the mash. Sparging is really just rinsing the grains.
