Seeking inspiration.. what would you brew?

Collected 150kg of fresh grains in a local group buy so I'm now seeking inspiration. I'm normally happy to concoct my own recipes but have sufficient quantities to now knock out something unusual/exciting/highly reocmmended.

Also, a lesser assortment of crystals, wheat, rye, coffee, patent etc. etc. I have assorted yeasts and hops coming out of my ears so I'm open to suggestions and seeking inspiration from the JBK grandees. Have at it - ping me a recipe!

If you have temp control, have a go at a Duesseldorfer alt bier. It's beautiful beer, and it's next but one on my list of beers to do.
