i kegged my beer on monday night - primed with sugar had a sneaky taste of about 100ml tastes good, have i oxidised the beer #-o through not waiting

Only if you let air glug in as the beer came out. Chances are you'll have had a bit of pressure in the barrel so that won't have happened and no harm done.

100ml of air wouldn't be the end of the world anyway.
