Flaked Wheat

Hello,

Planning a recipe that needs Flaked Wheat. I haven't got any and have struggled to find it. Would Torry Wheat replace it or is their something better to use?

Yes you can use torrified wheat, but it will take longer to convert, apparently

Hop & Grape sell Flaked Wheat (I just got some today).

Barley bottom sells Torrified Flaked Wheat; I've used it quite a bit. I dont know if it's exactly the same thing though.
