Hi All,
Wasnt sure whether to post this in kits or AG...
Im an AG brewer, but have no time to brew at the moment... can anyone recommend a kit which measures up to the quality im used to with AG?
I wondered about a milestone or a st peters kit??
Also, do I need to do water treatment with kits?? will just a campden tablet do it?
Cheers!
AG brewer, no time to do an AG, Can anyone recommend a kit?!

I used to just wang a campden tab in and they all came out ok. Oh, and Coopers do really good kits!

A kit is never going to measure up to the quality of an AG brew. Sorry...Rowang wrote:Hi All,

Any chance of doing a brew in a bag/partial mash topped with DME? Will save a bunch of time.

A decent quality two can kit is your best bet but it may not live up to your AG beers. Consider dry hopping or maybe some hops in the FV to give it a bit of a lift and a bit of freshness.
