Graham Wheeler's beer engine

Post by guypettigrew » Sun Apr 17, 2011 7:54 pm

Thanks to this site I've just discovered the beer engine. What a wonderful thing!

A question, though.

He assumes 75% efficiency when mashing. Is there any way of altering this, please? If, for example, you regularly get 70% or 80% it would be very useful to plug this in.

Thanks.
