Wheat grain

I am amazed that I have wheat growing in my flowerbed borders.

I throw all my spent mash out his way but I cannot believe that even if some smaller wheat grains could evade the mill rollers they could not surely withstand 75degrees C in the mash! But it appears they do rather well!
