How Long to Condition

Post by eclipse » Mon May 07, 2012 6:42 pm

I have been asked to make a couple of casks (pins) for a part at the end of the month. If I start making it tomorrow, will it be ready in time for the end of the month? Assuming I can ferment in 6 days and condition in 5, would it be cask conditioned enough by the end of the month which would be giving it 2 weeks conditioning?

Should be fine, I usually start drinking my beer around the week mark but I have found that for the majority of average abv. beers two weeks is best.
