Hi folks
I'm looking to progress from kits to grain, but before I invest much money, I would like to see how its done, more than eBay shows. I'd like to visit someone on. Brew day and help out, so I get a decent idea of how it goes.
So, anyone in central belt fancy a brew day helper?

Still in the process of setting up my equipment so can't help at the moment, maybe have a look on the scottish craft brewers forum, i'm sure if you bring a few brews along someone would happily show you the ropes!

I'll run you through it fella, if you can't find anyone closer.
Hope you do for your sake though, I'm a good 3 hours north.

Another method is to buy and read through graham wheelers book, did it for me! John Palmers book is also a good one, and a bit more in depth.
