St George and The Flagon

I posted this in another topic but didn't get any responses. Sorry to double post but I'm still very new to this brewing lark and would massively appreciate feedback, particularly as I've never used these hops.

Well, before I brew, have I made any obvious errors, does that look potentially good? I said that I've never used those hops before, so anyone that has used similar combinations, how did it turn out?
What did you think I would be asking? If I start making this at 8 am will I be finished by 2 pm? Do you like the name? Can I make this outside or will it rain? Will this this get me drunk?

Re: St George and The Flagon
Personally I find bramling cross a bit much late in the boil.
I also wouldn't bother with the US style hopping timings.
If it was me I'd go with the 60 and 15 as you have it, then chuck 30 g of wgv in at 0 minutes and steep for 20.
... I'd also drop the crystal to 5% .... I know you are supposed to be able to go to 10% but when I have done that I find the beers a little cloying.
The name.... It's good
The rain.... it's Britain .... It will piss down.
Can you brew outside? .... Put your thermals on and get a brolly for the boiler and yes ....

Nothing jumps out at me and makes me think OMG what is he thinking!
Looks like it should be a decent enough drink. If it was me, I would consider adding some Torrified Wheat / Wheat Malt to help head retention.
Love the name
Yes it will rain
Yes, you will probably get pissed
Enjoy
Re: St George and The Flagon
Cheers for the feedback, I was going to put wheat into it but took it out of the recipe. This will be my fourth all grain brew and I have put wheat into the other three and was after a more basic grain bill for this one to allow the English hops to show their character.
Re: St George and The Flagon
if it was me id not use the wgv as they taste like earwax .
the bramlings ok, they can have a blackcurrant taste at the right levels, works better in darker beers imo but what the fek its you thats gotta drink it.

Re: St George and The Flagon
I drank a bottle f commercial beer earlier in the year and it tasted of burnt earwax. Perhaps they used WGV. Not sure how the brewery made any money because their beer was the worst I've ever tasted and had to put it down the sink.
