Alcohol to sugar

I've added 600g of invert to 20 litres of brew,
how much have I increased the %age? and what is the formula to determine this?

2.76g will raise 1l by one point so I recon 600g / 20l / 2.76 = 10.9 points increase

Yes, about an 11 point increase in the OG. Depending on the OG and the FG this should increase the alcohol by volume by about 0.9% on 20l
(without an increase in flavour).
