Has anyone used fresh bay leaves in a brew?

Post by lord groan » Sat Sep 21, 2013 6:00 pm

Been clearing up the garden today, lots of pruning, now I have a big pile of bright green sweet bay leaves, I have given all I can to neighbours, I've hung a bunch in the conservatory to see if it'll give a nice scent and now my thoughts turn to beer....
So has anyone used bay as a flavouring? How much did you use? Was it a good result?
Anyone?
