Hello again chums,
Quick BIAB brew yesterday.
Total of 8 litres of wort.
1kg Munich
0.25 kg crystal
2.5g centennial @ 60 mins
4.0g centennial @ 5 mins
15g cascade at 85c for 20 min hop stand
Beersmith says that'll give me 37ibu.
Anyone else have experience with a similar brew. Worried I have under hopped and will be too sweet...

I make the og around 1034,does match your figure? if so then about right for me,i aim for the biternes to be around the same as the og,so for a 1050 og brew id be aiming for around 50 ibu.of course you could get complicated and use a graph
