Hi lads,
Has anyone used Crisp Clear Choice Ale Malt it sure sounds good for avoiding hazes in finished beer. I would like any comments regarding flavour and clarity.

Does what it says on the tin... sorry sack!
Couldn't taste any flavour difference to Crisps standard MO, you can chill to lager temps and it retain's lager clarity. A quality malt at the same price. Win WIN!

Features and benefits, what marketing is all about.
Several tons of MO in and many tons of polished bright clear beer out, (including a percentage of terrified wheat as it happens) and no special treatment or finings adjunct. It would appear to me that CCCAM is not a necessary feature or benefit.
