Beer Engine

Hi can anyone advise where to get the information needed to add malts into Beer Engine. In the editor there are a number of data fields that are required. For instance carapils and caraaroma - colour(EBC), extract (LDK), moisture content and fermentability. Where can one find this data? Cheers,

try the malsters own websites a few give this sort of information

+1. I used Weyerman stuff recently and Dingemans. It's all on their website and then I just used Google to convert relevant units if nec.
