Grain Supplies - Wales

Post by alexlark » Fri Oct 17, 2014 12:58 pm

For my next order I will be going for a 25Kg sack of MO.

Does anyone know of a supplier in the South Wales / Cardiff area that sells grain? Would be ideal for me to pick up rather than order online.

I have no idea about specifics in your area, sorry. But I occasionally hear from other forum members that in addition to the homebrew shops, you could approach local microbreweries in your area. If you ask to meet the brewer and get friendly "talking shop" they'll often sell you a sack at or near their cost. It always helps to be complimentary about their beers, bring some of your own to request feedback, etc. I can't overstate the benefits of a relationship like that...
