White Labs Yeast Nutrient

Post by perryni » Fri Nov 28, 2014 12:10 pm

Hello All

I have just bought some White Labs Yeast Nutrient as I am doing a Belgian Tripel next week and want to give my yeast the best start it can.

One question can I store the nutrient at room temperature?

Cheers
Nick

Is it the White Labs Servomyces yeast nutrient you're talking about? The one which comes in little capsules to chuck into the boiling wort.

If so, then it says clearly on the front of the pack 'store at room temperature (20-26C)'.
