Hi Taz,

The link has everything that you need to do the job at the foot of the recipe...

Each grain is given as a % - plug this into your brewing software of choice for an OG 1.068
The IBU level for each hop addition is given - just match these in the brewing software of your choice based on the IBU of your own hops.

You can work out the mash and flame out hops by finding the g/l used and adjusting for your volume.
e.g. 2oz = 56.7g (1dp) and 10 us gallons = 37.9 l (1dp)
So 56.7g divided by 37.9 = 1.5g/l (1dp) For 22.5l the equivalent amount will be 1.5 x 22.5 = 33.8g

Mash hops is anybodys guess - let's assume they mashed at 2.5l/kg. The grainbill was 34lb = 15.4kg so 2.5 x 15.4 = 38.5l... the rest is up to you :D

Don't just lobb gypsum in blindly - base this on the calcium levels in your water and the sulphate:chloride ratio you want to hit based on your own preference (remembering this is affected by any AMS you might use to adjust alkalinity).

Set your evaporation rate in the brewing software and away you go :D
