Dehydrators and Vacume 'Packers'
Following on from my last post (Measuring AA% for home grown hops) any recomendations for the necessary kit to store this years harvest?
Re: Dehydrators and Vacume 'Packers'
I've found that my dehydrator is a bit of the fierce side, even on a low setting. This leads to the outside of the cones becoming dry and brittle, but the inside still being damp, for some value of damp. I found it easier to just freeze them green, although it means the kitchen doesn't smell as nice.
I'd love a vac bagger though...

I like beer --- Currently rebuilding the brewery, this time with stainless...

+1 on this. The cannisters are a great addition.
