For those of us who haven't entered before, what should we expect from the day? Beer, chat and ribbons, or do we get feedback on entries?

Regardless, I'll make my way across. It's the weekend after my 30th birthday, so I may be slightly more abstemious than usual!

The last national in Derby made an effort to give proper feedback so I hope they plan on doing that again - it seems so from the info I've been provided (which is in the PDF on the CBA website). Hopefully, there will also be beer, chat and bits of paper as well.

Personally, I'm going for the feedback and the craic. Hopefully the weather will be OK and I'll be able to fit a walk on the dales in over the weekend too.

I`ve altered it slightly, but it tastes even better , and its now called Barlicker Bitter, but i`ll brew one especially for your visit.
