Re: JBK Craftbrew Festival 2010
I've been trying to create a poll so we can vote but don't really know where to start. Location poll, month poll or date poll? If I did 3 polls, it would all become completely muddled up. We need a woman to take control as this is way out of my organisational abilities... unless one of you blokes are in touch with your feminine side?

Re: JBK Craftbrew Festival 2010
Im not sure about my feminine side but certainly dont mind keeping a list if a new thread is started where people put location and dates then a quick tally after few weeks would decide it.Business is still slow this time of year so got time on my hands.Heck wouldnt even need any one person to keep check on it as a count at end would be just as good. Ive checked a farm i thought would come through but couldnt cope with large numbers as no showers and toilet facilities. Will certainly keep trying though have a couple of people to try still.

Would it be untoward to sugest if we are camping i bring the wife and kids? She is an excellent cook
and loves to do it large scale as long you say it tasted great, her curry is infamous amongst our circle of friends.
If not no bigady
(how do i set up poll to see if wife gets the nod...)
Date wise what about towards end of july begining of june when weather should be tip top.

Working on it floyd there is a caravan park in derbyshire thats good and the good thing is if people want bit of luxury you can rent a cabin from them so people could chip in together and have one go up to 6 berth.they always host events on it like medievel weekends and so on i know it as they have some great fishing lakes on it.Its only a tenner for 2 in a tent or £13 for 2 in a caravan or camper with electric.floydmeddler wrote:Any joy with those other contacts Willike?willike wrote:Im not sure about my feminine side but certainly dont mind keeping a list if a new thread is started where people put location and dates then a quick tally after few weeks would decide it.Business is still slow this time of year so got time on my hands.Heck wouldnt even need any one person to keep check on it as a count at end would be just as good. Sounds like an absolute treat man. I can do weekends in July only. August is all booked out. Have a few brewing mates who are up for it too.willike wrote:Working on it floyd there is a caravan park in derbyshire thats good and the good thing is if people want bit of luxury you can rent a cabin from them so people could chip in together and have one go up to 6 berth.they always host events on it like medievel weekends and so on i know it as they have some great fishing lakes on it.Its only a tenner for 2 in a tent or £13 for 2 in a caravan or camper with electric.floydmeddler wrote:Any joy with those other contacts Willike?willike wrote:Im not sure about my feminine side but certainly dont mind keeping a list if a new thread is started where people put location and dates then a quick tally after few weeks would decide it.Business is still slow this time of year so got time on my hands.Heck wouldnt even need any one person to keep check on it as a count at end would be just as good.
