Edinburgh Midweek Meeting - Wed Mar 16th

The regular midweek meeting will be on Wednesday 16th February. We meet at Elgin House, 6 Easter Road, Edinburgh for a 7:30pm start.

We welcome all brewers : all grain, extract or kit.

I've going to bring along some GBH this month.

Hey, what sort of stuff goes on at these meetings? Looking to maybe meet a fellow brewer or two in Edinburgh, i'm an extract/partial mash brewer but am still pretty new to the whole thing(student who started of with kits about 1 year or two ago and just got the bug.... ), and because of a flat change dont have anything to bring along, sound like my kind of thing?

Its a really informal affair. Its just a Bring and Taste night where we bring along some beer and...well...its kind of in the title. Its a good chance to meet some local brewers and ask questions.

Davie, who runs Edina Homebrew, also brings along some pies for supper.

There is a small charge to cover the hire of the hall and Davies costs - I think is was £2.50 last month.

Sounds really good, i've got plans tomorrow anyway, but i'll wait for a month or two so i have a few bottles ready!!
