The vic is a fine pub, who would of thought if you dont decorate for 30 years the pub would look cool
any ideas on numbers should be a canny turn out.

Lovely to meet you John and everyone, looking forward to many more.
The cheese idea was Jim's, tonight was just the start and a scratch at the surface.
These meets are great, they unfortunately suffer from a problem of infrequency.
Looking forward to the photo.

Yep, it was great to meet everyone.
Eric was the cheesemeister, by the way - very nice too, especially the stilton!

Excellent night chaps and great to see new faces. A considerable amount of ale was consumed and I still have a fresh head this morning. More to come later on

Nice pic.
I'll attempt to name us all (I'm sure someone will correct me if I've got it wrong, and if so apologies and I blame the beer
).
From left to right, Gherkin, Scotty Mc, Eric (seated), me, Alix101, Vacant, Garth, Horden Hillbilly, Normski and John (who's going to sign up soon!).
Vacant snatched the prize for the longest distance travelled (Bristol) from Gherkin (Alnwick).
