London Amateur Brewers have decided to run the Black Friday competition in 2021, in association with Hammerton Brewery on Friday 26th November 2021.
The competition is open to any beer style, as long as it's black. Even if it's not normally a black beer, if you can make a black version of it then you can enter it. As always this will be judged blind by BJCP qualified judges, and you'll get a couple of written feedback sheets on your beer, so it's a great way to get honest feedback about your beer and where it could improve. You might even win a prize.
If you're interested in beer judging, or just want to see how a competition runs and can help out on the Friday afternoon, then please also register yourself as a steward.
Entries are here: https://competitions.londonamateurbrewe ... lackfriday
We're restricting it to 1 entry per brewer for now so everyone has a chance to get in, but you won't have to finalise entry details until a couple of weeks before hand.
Members' meetings, Beer Festivals and the like - bung it on here. Old topics will be pruned after 3 months.
