That's a shame, but no worries, I'll make sure you get details of the next one.

I know the Jerusalem Tavern very well, great pub 8). I've heard mutterings that they have an upstairs room which might be available for use, so don't count it out as a possible location just yet...

Whereabouts are you based, Andie?

Hi spearmint,

I am based in Pitsea Essex but work in Docklands. I have say the only upstairs I saw at the Jarusalem had enough room for a table and 2 chairs. It was more like a balcony  this was opposite the bar so it may not be the one you have heard about.

I have just set out on my new venture as a Home Brewer and will be bottling some time this week. It would be good to get some opinions from like minded folk. yes i mean piss heads who appreciate the finer flavours  :?

Cheers

Andie

Cool, I'm working in Canary Whaff at the moment too. You checked out 'Henry Addingtons' next to Café Rouge? The only half-decent pint I've managed to find so far.

Always up for doing a taste-swap - want to find out if my beer's ok or my friends are just being really polite

I work for the people who probably get you to work "SERCO DLR " I am based right next to Poplar Station

Sounds good, this tasting lark.

Trouble is I normally drive to work and my job is safety critical so no alcohol there either  Would like to arrange something though but I have nothing to swap with at the moment

Cheers

The only trouble with my stuff is that you gotta be quick as it doesn't seem to stay around all that long

I'm not going anywhere (not that fast anyway) so let me know whenever, in the meantime I'll keep you up to date with the London Brewers meetings 8)

Hi, my SWMBO said she's going to come with me. Please don't mention anything I've posted on this forum. After all, don't get me into trouble. Remember, bros before hoes :D

Now this is really awefull, but I can't come. They've set my exams to next week! Damb, no beer for me this weekend! I'm going to have to hit the books.

Hope it's a good one though, maybe someone could write something about the meeting afterwards. 8)
