Firstly there is a beer festival up to and including Saturday at The Dove, St Helens Road, Ipswich www.dovestreetinn.co.uk
66 real ales plus ciders. The Saltaire Triple Chocoholic was wonderful but very popular and the barrel was emptying fast.
Next week is the Harwich and Dovercourt Winter Beer Festival. www.tendringcamra.org.uk. This takes place on Thursday,Friday and Saturday from !!.00 onwards. I haven't seen a beer list yet but there are usually about forty real ales plus belgian beers and cider. I will be there helping out on Thursday and Friday afternoon.
