Nice one! If there's any info in the CBA website then they're hiding it away well!

Skipton is hardly easy access for Southerners but i guess Midlands venue is not feasible any more.

Looks like Skipton for the North and Sutton of the South!
Check out the beers we have for sale @ Mix Brewery

We don't know much more than that (apart from what was in the last Brewer's contact). The Northern Craft Brewer guys are going to send me stuff to put on the CBA website.

I've booked my B&B already.

I'd come, we're only just down the road, but looking at the latest brewers contact photos it seems there is only 2 or 3 of my age range (nearly 36!)... unless I'm wrong?? :)

Nah - there's a few of us (relatively) young ones around  Not sure I'll make Skipton, but will try and send beer!

The Big question being, will Copper Dragon still be trading, I was hearing the 'Receivership' tale at work yesterday.

I was at the event in June (travelled down from Fife) and there was a mix of ages there. Admittedly there were none that I can think of in their 20's but certainly a some 30's and plenty of 40's (I have just turned 40). However I wouldn't let that put you off, I have learnt an awful lot about brewing from old guys with big bushy beards.

Skipton is a fantastic market town. Very picturesque with a canal running through the middle and a midieval castle at the top if you can tear yourself away from the beer. Plenty of good pubs and eateries so certainly worth a visit. I'll certainly be back in September.

I'm booked at the Guest Otel - which isn't so convenient for the brewery but better for the Friday night warm up session.

I'm 40 this year BTW and don't have a beard.
