LAB - Next Meeting : Mon, 7th January

Our next meeting is on Monday 7th January in the usual place - the Draft House, Tower Bridge
For our first meeting of 2013 we have a guest speaker, Jules Whiteway from the London Fields Brewery, who will be talking to us about the brewery and particularly what they're doing in terms of their new programme of classes, workshops and experience days aimed at the novice moving through to the more experienced brewers. They are particularly interested in LAB as they see the homebrew community a core part of the London brewing scene.
The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
18:00 Arrive and get a beer
18:30 Club news, updates & introductions
19:00 Jules - London Fields Brewery (carry over from last month)
20.00 Top-up break
20:15 Tasting of members' beers
21:30 Meeting close
I would personally like to thanks DaveH for his tech talk/demo last month on Counter Pressure Bottling - it really was a first class presentation.
So much so that I have now sourced all the various bits to make one for myself
