Ali,
Entries registered, I've got a buddy who travels to Bristol daily, his office is near Wiper & True, what are their opening hours for taking delivery of the bottles?
Thanks
Paddy

They are open during normal business hours, to the best of my knowledge.

Registered and sent off my beer for the competiton yesterday. Do you send out any sort of confirmation of recieving them or do I have to trust Royal Mail?

Until they all get unpacked, I cannot confirm whether something has been received or not.

I will know next week….

I'm slightly confused (seems to happen a lot these days!) by some of the details on the website. :?

What is the last date that bottles can be received at Wiper and True? Is it August 31st (as indicated on the Entry Info page) or September 5th (as indicated on the rules page)?

Any JBK'ers going to attend the Sat afternoon results & sampling session?

I'm thinking about coming up from Devon for the weekend.

I'm Stewarding on the Saturday, not sure I'll be doing a lot of sampling, last time I was a steward we started on the old ales at 10:30. I'm also planning on driving down from Blackpool on the Saturday morning so It'll be a long day.

Yeah, you have to be careful with the sampling. And remember to eat the crackers/bread.

I'm chuffed to bits with my 3rd place in the IPA category. Feel very happy with myself. Have only been brewing just under a year and was just looking for some honest feedback on my beer, can't believe I actually placed! :D As has been said, cheers Ali for organising the event.
