Thanks guys, good to be back with you all! How are you doing during the shelter-in-place order, hanging in there? Whatcha brewing lately?

Holding on in there. I work in radiology in a busy teaching hospital (UK) so things feel very strange at the mo. Getting back into brewing has been very therapeutic. Only got two batches on the go at the mo. My old house oat stout recipe and a ‘lockdown pale’ recipe with chinook and galaxy! Hope to be getting another on the go this weekend.seymour wrote:Thanks guys, good to be back with you all! How are you doing during the shelter-in-place order, hanging in there? Brewed the 1944 Whitbread XXXX from Wednesday's Let's Brew on Shut up about barclay perkins yesterday. Cooled overnight. Going to stir the hell out of it and add the yeast soon.

Probably meant to be served on draught but mine will be bottled like all my beers.
Cheers

Woah, very cool, can't wait to hear how that turns out! It was definitely a highlight of my career a couple years ago when Ron Pattinson visited my brewery and drank beers I brewed. He was on a US book tour for his second Scottish brewing book.
