Nice one, how did you prime them? I never usually prime as I dont like over flowing bottles but I know with a Belgian im going to have to.

Bottle swap sounds like a great idea! :-)

I batch prime by dissolving table sugar in boiling water, dump into bottling bucket, then transfer the beer from the FV onto it and bottle from there. I use online calcs to get about 2.4 vols of CO2 for that style...

Tried yours yet crookedeyeboy I'm liking mine, will have to save them for special occasions as this stuff always gets better with age :-)

Yeah I made mine but never got round to putting it on here:

9.42kg PA Malt
250g Biscuit (to use up)
1 kg candi sugar home made

30g Perle 90 mins
20g Perle 15 mins

Still fermenting away for nearly two weeks! Going to check the gravity later today.
