Wezerection Easter Ale

To be brewed inthe next few days (illness dependant)

This was the first 25L AG that I did back in April 2007 (same day that AT started AG), it turned out nice, the Elderflowers give the beer a really nice floral finish. (I've altered this a bit from the original that I did) Obviously given the name of this beer I'll be taking recomendations for a 'strap line' for the bottles, this one should be nice for when Easter come around!

25L Batch
Target OG 1.042 (75% BHE)
Target IBU ~40

4200gm Pale Malt 90%
220gm Crystal Malt 5%
220gm Torrified Wheat 5%
50gm Northdown [7.90%] (90 min) ~40IBU
30gm Styrian Goldings [3.30%] (15 min)
50gm Elderflower (Dried) (Boil 15.0 min)
40gm Styrian Goldings (0 mins) ** late addition egged on by JP
1 Whirlfloc Tablet (Boil 10.0 min) Misc

Going to use s04 (again) - I need to get my head around different yeast styles, thats the next stage on the learning curve, out of interest what would you go with for this, I want it to be a 'clean' and light tasting floral ale?
