Just chilling the following

Wanted a pale beer made with challenger.
I’m planning on either skimming or using the slurry from the London ale yeast for a classic ESB next.

I've got the BrewBuilder FO hop filter, absolutely brilliant, highly recommended.

No, I was fannying about with their water calculator. I’m not a fan. Prefer the one here at JBK.

Well the London ale yeast has been a beast. Thick Krausen in under 12 hours and just taken a gravity reading this am and it’s gone from 1.052 to 1.012. Apparent attenuation 76.9 for an abv 5.25%
Will be adding the dry hop today.
