Wrong hops! Bittering hops for dry hopping and Dry hopping hops for bittering!!
Brewing Son of Punkie IPA v2 part 2 from the Malt Miller outside on my electric brewery on a miserable gray drizzly day and I've accidently used my dry hops for bittering and my bittering hops (50G Apollo) are left behind for dry hopping
THE BOIL
Boil time (mins): 60
Additions and timing:
50.00 g Apollo – Boil 12.0 min
18.00 g Chinook – Boil 5.0 min
16.00 g HBC353 – Boil 5.0 min
16.00 g Cascade – Boil 5.0 min
16.00 g HBC353 – Boil 0.0 min
16.00 g Cascade – Boil 0.0 min
16.00 g Chinook – Boil 0.0 min
Secondary additions and timing:
Dry Hop 5.0 Days 16.00 g HBC353
Dry Hop 5.0 Days 16.00 g Cascade
Dry Hop 5.0 Days 16.00 g Chinook
Any ideas how this one will taste? Anyone use Apollo for dry hopping? probably another good reason to sort the extraction in the garage!!

As I understand it you've just put the 16 grams each of HBC353, Cascade and Chinook in at 12 minutes?
If it was me I'd use the Apollo at 5 minutes and keep the 5 minute hops for dry hopping.
If that's not an option and you're only left with the Apollo for dry hopping, I'd use it. The beer won't be quite as bitter as originally intended, but Apollo definitely has an aroma and should work as a dry hop too.
