Was about to comment that 21 batches was a massive output over the year. Just checked my own backlog and I'm fermenting number 20....

Just a general wake up and see what I got recipe.
3.7kg Pale malt
250grms Crystal
100grms chocolate
Fuggles, Tetnang & Bobeck.
Trying some crosmyloof yeast for the first time ,although I suspect it is Nottingham ale or similar.
it will end up a light easy drinking thing, around 4.2%ABV.
